After going through Customs, exit the terminal’s secure area and look for our representative. You will easily find him with the Shuttle2Cancun logo. He will take you to your vehicle.

In Mexico, it’s customary to tip service personnel. You can tip your driver according to your preference

The limit depends on the type of service provided:

Private – 7 medium suitcases maximum

Luxury – 5 medium suitcases maximum

Group – 16 medium suitcases maximum

Don’t worry. We track your flight and will wait 120 minutes after arrival for international flights and 90 minutes for domestic flights. If something unexpected happens and you need more time, contact our service center by telephone or WhatsApp.
